En+ strives to be an Occupational Health and Safety leader in its industry. To this end, we are constantly overhauling our existing OHS management system and are continuously developing new, innovative ways of promoting safe working conditions among our employees.

The Company pays particular attention to strong executive leadership and improving the occupational safety culture, building a foundation for a safe production cycle that safeguards all employees and contractors.
